Kiddie Concierge provides children a safe and reliable service to and from school, sports, tutoring, and other enrichment programs. We can accommodate just about any request. We are a door-to-door service that operates from 6:00 am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday. We specialize in providing transportation to children aged 3 to 17.

Kiddie Concierge was created as a business to help make today's busy family life a bit less hectic by eliminating the hassles and worry of transporting your children to and from their destination. With kids engaging in so many activities today, parents can be hard pressed to keep up with their busy schedules. Our proffesional drivers are courteous and understanding of your child which helps them feel comfortable in getting to their destination. Kiddie Concierge believe children are very precious and we will do everything within our power to insure every ride is safe.

Reservation Cancellation

24 hours before the scheduled pick up time
less than 24 hours advance notice, there is a charge of $25.00.
No credits are given for missed rides or cancellations
If a refund is granted, refunds will be issued minus $3.00 processing fee
Full Fare is charged when the passenger is a No Show for a scheduled pickup

3rd violation Upon Kiddie Concierge discretion

Escort Fee $5.00

(to escort your child in or out of buildings; including signing in or out)

Wait time Fee $15.00

(over 10 minutes past scheduled pick up time)

Same Day Change Fee: $15.00

Returned Trip Fee $25.00

Payments

All rides must be prepaid 24 hours in advance.
An invoice is emailed from Kiddie Concierge to access a secure link to Pay Pal
You are not required to have a Pay Pal account.
If paying by echeck, please add additional $3.50 to the total.
Drivers do not carry cash
All canceled invoice are charged a $3.00 processing fee
To terminate services, a two week written notice is required and no refunds with less than two weeks notice.

The registration fee and first month's or weekly payment are due at the time of registration. We schedule rides week to week and will accept reservations over the weekend.

Conduct Policy

First incident shall result in a discussion/warning with parent
Second incident shall result in a one day riding suspension
Third incident shall result in a two days riding suspension
After return of suspension, further violation shall result in further suspension or termination
No fees shall be refunded due to suspensions or termination of the contract

Behavioral Policy

Riders must have their seatbelts on at all times. Note: Parents are liable for any traffic tickets for seatbelt violators.
Parents are financially responsible if their child defaces or vandalizes any part of the vehicle or the property of other passengers.
Vulgar or profane language is not allowed in the vehicle.
All passengers will obey the driver during pick up, transport, and delivery. The driver may assign seats, if necessary.
Misbehavior that will cause injury (bodily or psychological) to another person or self will not be tolerated.
No beverages, chewing gum, or food may be consumed in vehicle.
Children must remain seated with seat belt on at all time while vehicle is moving
Child must be ready at pre-arranged time or additional charges apply.
No throwing objects inside or outside the vehilce
No hanging out or in of the windows. Hands, arms, and heads must stay inside the van at all times.

Lost and Found

We will make every attempt to return lost items to the owner, but Kiddie Concierge is not liable for any missing or damaged items left on our vehicles.

Inclement Weather

During inclement weather, we proceed with extreme caution. If it occurs after student arrives at their scheduled pick-up location, we'll attempt to pick your student up and take them to the prearranged destination. If conditions worsen, the scheduled time may need to be changed for earlier pick up. Parents must contact us, school, and prearrange destination to coordinate earlier pick up times.
